AGENTS McGees Adelaide has strengthened its capabilities in its 40th year, with the appointment of Theo Kaldis and Boyd Octoman.
Kaldis has been appointed to as senior commercial property manager and brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial across sales, leasing and management of retail, office and industrial real estate to the role.
“Theo brings fantastic experience to the agency, having worked with local operators and global firms, which has seen him develop a remarkably rounded management skillset,” said Andrew Carapetis, director of property management at McGees Adelaide.
Kaldis spent the last decade at Savills, where he was most recently an associate director, managing a large portfolio of large regional and neighbourhood shopping centres across South Australia.
Kaldis was also awarded the State Property Manager of the Year title in 2018 and the National Property Manager of the Year in 2019.
While Octoman has been appointed as senior executive of sales and leasing and brings with him more than 36 years of experience in the property industry.
“Boyd has an exceptional track record of delivering results for clients who have trusted him with their assets. He has also developed extensive networks throughout the commercial property sector across his career, which will be hugely valuable to himself and to the agency,” said James Juers, director at McGees Adelaide.
Octoman has worked across residential, hotels and motels, before moving into commercial, industrial and hospitality sales.
Octoman will be responsible for sales and leasing of commercial properties across Adelaide, and securing results for McGees’ clients.
