JLL has appointed Carey Mudge as head of project and development services (PDS) – Victoria and Tasmania, following the promotion of Alan McKay to managing director for PDS – Australia and New Zealand.
“Carey’s promotion is a result of his exceptional performance and sustained contribution to the success of JLL’s project business in Victoria over a number of years,” McKay said.
“Carey has a clear vision and strategic plan for expanding our business further. His expertise in leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities has been instrumental in entering into new sectors, particularly within government and education.”
He said Carey’s work in the education sector has positioned JLL as a trusted partner in delivering projects for government schools, with an eye on expansion into private and tertiary institutions.
“Carey’s extensive networks in the commercial property sector will be a valuable asset in driving growth and creating partnerships,” he said.
