NATIONAL agency Stonebridge Property Group has bolstered its asset management division with three key appointments, including industry expert Peter Cortis-Jones as managing partner – asset management.
Cortis-Jones has over 25 years of commercial property experience, including 17 years as head of property for a major private investment group. His experience spans property finance, acquisition, valuations, leasing, and day-to-day asset management.
Joe Adra has been appointed head of trust accounting Stonebridge’s property management department. Adra has 20 years of commercial property financial management experience for a diverse range of asset types and clients.
Also joining the team is Sian Thomas, as manager.
