VERSATILE Construction has topped out at Oran Park Hotel, which is set to become NSW’s largest hospitality dining and entertainment venue.
The first stage of Oran Park Hotel, located around 59km south-west of the Sydney CBD, will include an expansive indoor/outdoor bistro and lounge, a play area for children of all ages, a pizzeria “Papi’s Pizza”, and an interactive sports bar complete with multiple large screens, pool tables and darts.
With construction commencing back in 2021, the main structure of the three-storey venue is now complete, with works on the internal fit outs also well underway.
The topping out was celebrated with Versatile and key project partners Momento Hospitality and Archebiosis Architects.
“Today’s topping out celebration brings the Western Sydney community one step closer to experiencing the “super-pub” experience curated by hospitality experts and our project partners, Momento Hospitality,” said Fabrizio Perilli, managing director at Versatile Group.

The second stage of the venue will include a dedicated meeting and events floor on level two, with multiple state-of-the-art spaces including a large ballroom, training rooms and two multi-purpose luxe. In addition to the rooftop bar on level 3, Jinja.
Oran Park Hotel will feature a range of environmentally friendly features including EV charging, solar panels and advanced on-site food and organic waste recycling systems.

The first stage of the Oran Park Hotel is set to open in the second half of 2024 and Stage 2 to open by December 2024.
