KNIGHT Frank expanded its investment sales team in South Sydney with the appointment Adam Droubi.
Droubi will join the existing team of five and take up the role of senior sales associate. He will work with Anthony Pirrottina and Demi Carigliano, both joint heads of Knight Frank’s South Sydney office.

He specialises in selling unit blocks and development sites, and has represented prolific institutional and private unit block owners, having worked with large super funds, private equity firms and private high-net-worth clients.
“Adam’s appointment bolsters Knight Frank South Sydney’s presence in the private sector, bringing further expertise in the blocks of apartment and boarding house sector,” Pirrottina said.
“Buyer demand for residential investments of scale continues to grow as a result of a surging rental market, with these assets providing defensive cashflows and long-term capital appreciation.
Droubi said, “I am excited to join an established and high-performing team, helping to continue to grow our position as market leaders in the private commercial property market across inner Sydney”.
