KNIGHT Frank has appointed Lachlan Lewis as a senior sales and leasing executive in the firm’s industrial team in Perth.
Lewis has more than three decades of experience in property, having worked across Transact Capital, CBRE, JLL, Stanton Hillier Parker (Burgess Rawson) and Roy Weston.
“The Industrial and Logistics space has been and continues to be a strong asset class in Western Australia,” said Lewis.
“Underpinned by Western Australia’s powerhouse economy and its connectivity to the South East Asian and broader global markets, West Australian industrial and logistics property is critical and an exciting part of the market to work in.”
Lewis’ most recent role was as director of office and metro markets at Transact Capital.
“Having a wide breadth of experience in Perth’s property market, Lachlan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and success in the commercial, office and industrial sectors,” said Geoff Thomson, head of industrial logistics at Knight Frank.
“He also has significant contacts across the industry, having developed excellent relationships with private and institutional owners as well as local, national and international tenants.
“While the industrial market is normalising, with rents moving back to more stable growth levels, demand is still strong, and there is plenty of activity, hence our team expansion.”
