KNIGHT Frank in Perth has poached Matt Lutman from JLL, who will take up the role of director, office leasing.
Lutman was director, tenant representation at JLL in Perth, a role he held for two and a half years, providing commercial real estate advisory and lease acquisition services.
Prior to that he was a Portfolio Manager for ASX-listed Mirvac Group, leading their commercial property portfolio in Western Australia for seven years, with a total of 14 years at the development and management property group, having also spent seven years within their asset management business in Sydney.
Lutman’s experience also extends to roles at NB Real Estate in London and NSC Corporate in Perth.
Knight Frank’s office leasing team in Perth, headed up by head of office leasing in WA Rick McKenzie, now numbers six.
“Matt offers further insights to clients, having an intimate understanding of large occupiers’ drivers, and the ability to relate these in a meaningful manner to the development of the underlying leasing strategy and asset plan,” McKenzie said.
“Matt has a real passion for commercial property and is a consummate professional, with a strong network within the Perth market.”
