SAVILLS continues to expand its residential project marketing business, establishing a new team in Queensland business led by award-winning agent Jo Prince-Gillies.
This move comes hot on the heels of the agency expanding in Victoria late last year, led by Michael Lang.
The Queensland office will be led by Jo Prince-Gillies, in the role of state director, and will focus on ‘off the plan’, premium apartments and townhouse developments across South East Queensland.
She brings over two decades of experience, having personally sold and managed over $3 billion in new developments and has won several awards including the REB Project Agency of the Year in 2021; Projects Agent of the Year for McGrath Estate Agents and has been honoured as one of McGrath Estate Agents’ Top 10 Agents in Queensland for the last three years.
The other team members are Jade Loch in the role of operations manager and Ryan Hayes as sales executive.
“The expertise Jo and her team brings allows us to extend our service offering to the residential sector, which is experiencing strong demand due to ongoing population growth, an undersupply of housing in South East Queensland and strong demand for premium boutique apartments,” said Savills QLD state managing director Anthony Ott.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to join Savills. It is a significant move that opens exclusive avenues for our developer clients,” added Prince-Gillies.
Savills opening of a new office bucks the trend. Knight Frank recently closed its residential project sales office amid the slowdown in housing construction.
