COMMERCIAL real estate professional and former JLL director David Bowden has joined Property Funds Association in the role of client relationship director.
Bowden brings decades of experience to the role including more than 10 years as managing director Victoria for JLL, as well as the Australasian head of leasing, and director project leasing & development. He was also an international director with the agency including being a member of their Global Leasing Board.
He also was a Division Councillor of the Property Council of Victoria for 10 years, serving two years as Vice President.
Bowden joins PFA as Client Relationship Director on a part-time basis, in addition to his current advisory board roles with Capstone Recruitment and IKON Services.
Paul Healy, CEO of the PFA, welcomed Bowden’s appointment.
