SAVILLS has appointed Matt Holland to lead its South Australia business in the role of state managing director – SA, to be based in the firm’s Adelaide office.
Holland brings with him over 25 years’ experience in the property industry, in a wide range of disciplines including project delivery, property management, asset management, valuation, sales and leasing and property development.
Most recently, Holland was state property manager – SANT at Woolworths Group, a role he held over two decades, before which he had spent seven years with CBRE as an executive in retail sales and leasing.
“We welcome Matt to the Savills Australia and New Zealand team as a new chapter of our South Australia business starts under his guidance,” said Paul Craig, CEO at Savills Australia and New Zealand.
“Matt’s deep experience in the property industry, the strengths of his relationships and his team-leading expertise will be instrumental in the growth of our South Australian business and the talent in our Adelaide office.”

Holland begins in the role on 29th April.
