AGENTS Cushman & Wakefield has made five strategic appointments to its Melbourne investment sales team, after transacting more than $950 million in total sales across the state.
Hamish Burgess and Joe Kairouz have both joined JLL as director, development site sales, with a focus on Build-to-Rent (BTR) and development site transactions.
Burgess, who has a career spanning more than 15 years will head up land sales across Melbourne and Victoria, concentrating on the city fringe, metropolitan, and greenfield development site markets.
Kairouz has 15 years of experience in property sales, management, and finance, specialising in facilitating the sale of significant residential and mixed-use development sites throughout Victoria.
Kairouz has transacted close to $1 billion in development sites since 2019.
While Cameron Zamora will take on the position of manager, land sales, contributing his wealth of experience in broad-acre, greenfield, and built-form real estate markets.
With Joshua Andrade appointed as middle markets analyst and Kaylee Ke as marketing executive.
