Trescon has a penchant for high-end luxury residences, notably delivering the revamp of a 1928 Wunulla Road, Point Piper residence led by architect Richard Stanisich that sold for $69 million.
SJB has previously partnered with CE on including Pienza Neutral Bay and Ethos Chatswood.
“At CE, we seek out exceptional sites in premium suburbs to build luxurious living spaces of the highest quality that establish new benchmarks for their respective areas. It is important that we have partners who really share in our vision, and we have no doubt that with Develotek, Trescon and SJB on board, we will create something truly remarkable with Bianca,” Chivas said.
Completion for Bianca is anticipated for mid to late 2025.
