SAVILLS has expanded the real estate brand’s capabilities in the Western Australian business with the appointment of two state directors to its Perth office.
Sallese McNeil will take the role of WA state director – office leasing and Lisa Jansen appointed WA state director – asset management.
A commercial leasing agent with over 20 years’ experience, McNeil brings an extensive knowledge of the Perth CBD and fringe suburban office leasing markets and has previously built her career as a commercial leasing agent and associate director in the office market.
Jansen has more than two decades of local and international experience in property management, marketing and retail, and has previously held senior director roles in agency with a focus on managing asset and tenancy portfolios.
Her remit will be to lead and grow the WA business. Her retail experience adds to the Savills national platform which was bolstered in 2023 with the acquisition of Queensland retail property agency, Site 8.
The Savills Perth office, under the helm of recently appointed managing director – WA, Chris Paul, has now grown to 37.
“Welcoming Sallese and Lisa to the team, with their individual expertise and deep understanding of the Perth market, means we are able to offer even greater value to our clients in our partnership with them,” Paul said.
“Their impressive track records and experience leading and managing teams will be a significant asset as we continue our focus on growing the Savills West Australian business.”
