NATIONAL builder and developer Vaughan Constructions has found a new CEO in Luke Stambolis, following the retirement of Andrew Noble from the position.
Stambolis has more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in multiple tier 1 commercial firms in the UK and Australia in state and national managing director positions.
“I am very excited to join such a long-established and trusted brand in Vaughan Constructions. The brothers Ken and Matt and their long term executive have built a formidable and loyal customer base,” said Stambolis.
“They are the leading go-to contractor on many fronts including bringing significant value to clients and that is reciprocated with the historical repeat customer success. This is what sets them apart from the competition.”
Key positions held by Stambolis include his recent time as Australian managing director for Probuild, which collapsed in February of 2022.
Vaughan family shareholders and directors Matt and Ken Vaughan welcomed Stambolis’ appointment.
“It’s not often that you get the opportunity to appoint a person with such a wonderful resume as Luke brings with him. He is also a great communicator with sound leadership skills and business acumen that will blend seamlessly with our tight knit and dedicated team.”
“And the timing is also great for Vaughans as the company continues on what has been a very successful national growth strategy over recent years.”
Current CEO, Andrew Noble, will exit as of June 30 after serving 35 years with the company.
“We thank Andrew very much for the extraordinary legacy he has created for shareholders, clients, and staff in building Vaughan into the highly successful and national brand it is today,” added Ken and Matt Vaughan.
