AGENTS Colliers has announced Richard Garing will join its Australian executive team as managing director of occupier for Australia.
Garing, who will be based in Colliers’ Sydney CBD office, will bring executive leadership experience, market expertise and industry relationships to the team. He joins Colliers following 12 years at Dexus, where he was a member of the office executive team responsible for driving performance across the $24 billion office portfolio.
He also has specialist expertise in major development projects, project leasing, asset repositioning and portfolio investments.
The Colliers occupier services team provides end-to-end corporate real estate solutions services including tenant advisory, portfolio management, logistics and supply chain consulting, workplace strategy and workplace management services across Australia.

Colliers announced this week that Scott Jackman would also be joining its Sydney CBD office as managing director of project leaders for Australia.
