SAVILLS is beefing up its capital transactions team in Sydney, welcoming Tyler Talbot to the team.
Talbot will join Savills’ Sydney office in the role of director of capital transactions, where he will partner with the agency’s institutional clients, focusing on assets in the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and the wider metropolitan markets.
“Tyler’s extensive experience and strong network of contacts will serve to build on the strength of our existing capital transactions team, providing a dedicated focus on Sydney CBD and Sydney’s North to service an increased demand for assets in both CBDs,” said Paul Craig, CEO at Savills Australia and New Zealand.
Talbot has more than 18 years of experience, specialising in office sales for institutions, syndicators and high net worth clients.
