JLL has appointed new leadership with Jaime Kernaghan as head of office leasing – Northern Sydney.
Kernaghan has 11 years of experience at JLL and will lead the office leasing team and drive growth in Northern Sydney.
“Jaime’s deep understanding of our business and strategy, combined with exceptional leadership skills and experience, make him the ideal candidate to lead our Northern Sydney Office Leasing business,” said Will Hamiliton, head of office leasing at JLL, NSW.
“JLL remains committed to delivering innovative real estate solutions in the Northern Sydney market and beyond. The appointment of Jaime Kernaghan as the new Head of Office Leasing – Northern Sydney, positions JLL for continued success in driving growth and excellence.”
Kernaghan has led major leasing appointments across the North Shore at the firm, with projects including 799 Pacific Highway, Northpoint Tower at 100 Miller Street, 90 Arthur Street, 67 Albert Ave and 465 Victoria Ave,

Kernaghan will step into the role previously held by Paul Lynch for the past 13 years. After 25-years at JLL Lynch will become the firm’s head of Northern Sydney.
