RETIREMENT real estate fund manager Lincoln Place has appointed a new CEO in Paul Yeo.
At Lincoln Place, Yeo will work towards delivering a strategy of acquiring, developing and operating land lease communities throughout Australia.
Yeo is an internal appointment, having joined Lincoln Place a year ago as director of institutional capital.
Yeo was previously group head of strategy and corporate finance at Asia Pacific logistics developer and fund manager, LOGOS Group.
“Lincoln Place has grown rapidly in the past three years and the expansion of our senior executive team will continue to build the capability within the business to deliver on our existing portfolio and capitalise on a deep pipeline of opportunities in the active and growing senior living sector,” said Ben Hindmarsh, founder at Lincoln Place.
