DEVELOPER Luxcon Group will start construction on its luxury residential tower at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, after the sell-out success of Escape’s first $75 million release.
The $250 million 35-level Escape comprises 31 full-floor private residences and two double-level penthouses on a prime 1,010sqm absolute beachfront site at 63-65 Garfield Terrace, designed by PBD Architecture with interiors by Coco Republic.
Luxcon has brought forward the release of stage two, after the first market release saw all nine apartments snapped up.
