VALUATION and advisory firm Opteon has nabbed Charter Keck Cramer director Sam Lipshut to be its new head of department – middle markets and portfolio, within its specialised real estate (SRE) division.
Lipshut brings over two decades of extensive experience in various commercial valuation sectors, spending the last 13 years at Charter Keck Cramer, where he served as director and headed the office valuations practice g, specialising in valuations of suburban office buildings and city fringe commercial development.
In his new role at Opteon, Lipshut will lead the national middle markets and portfolio team, contributing to Opteon’s growth in the $10 million to $100 million asset range across office, industrial, and retail sectors.

I look forward to leveraging my experience to enhance Opteon’s presence in the middle markets sector and contribute to its continued success in the SRE division,” Lipshut said.
