CBRE is targeting the hotel management rights sector with two new hires to its management rights hotel valuation & advisory services team.
Brett McCracken has been appointed to lead CBRE’s management rights hotel valuation & advisory services team as director.
McCracken brings 20 years of valuation experience in the commercial real estate industry to the role, along with bring national management coverage rights from his is registration in Queensland and Western Australia and CPV accreditation.
Additionally, CBRE has appointed Ekaterina Ivandikova as associate director of its management rights team.
Back in 2014, Ivandikova worked as an assistant valuer for CBRE and is now rejoining the firm with more than 10 years’ experience in the industry, primarily in management rights.
