COLLIERS has announced the promotion of Melbourne-based Tim Farley to the newly-created role of head of strategic transaction advisory, occupier services.
Farley will further expand his collaboration with leaders across the Colliers tenant advisory business in the role.
His career in corporate real estate spans over 23 years in Australia and the United Kingdom.
“Since joining Colliers in 2016, Tim has built strong relationships with key clients and partners and is considered a well-respected market leader. He has established himself as a trusted advisor to major occupiers and iconic brands seeking to optimise their commercial real estate strategies,” said Colliers Australia’s chief operating officer and managing director for occupier services, Simon Hunt.
In recent years Farley has supported office requirements for clients such as Medibank, Wesfarmers, including Bunnings and Officeworks, AGL Energy, Seven Network, and Coles.
“By helping to identify and secure the optimum accommodation-based solution to enhance talent- based objectives that future-ready their businesses, Tim has empowered our clients to confidently and decisively navigate challenging and changeable market conditions whilst maximising the effectiveness of their portfolios,” Hunt said.
