DANA Thomas has joined Burgess Rawson and will take on the role of Victorian head of asset management.
Thomas has built a 20-year career in the real estate industry, overseeing property portfolios in both Western Australia and Victoria.
Previously the tenancy and leasing manager at Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square, Thomas was more recently a senior asset manager with CVA where she managed 170 retail, commercial and industrial assets across Melbourne’s inner and outer regions.
She has also worked with JLL and Coles Group.
Burgess Rawson has also welcomed Jane Mei to its team as asset manager – Asian investment services. Mei has worked with property conglomerates, and expanded her experience in sales, and leasing through her tenure at global agencies CBRE and JLL.
Mei has gained extensive exposure to a wide range of asset classes, including landmark CBD office buildings, major shopping and distribution centres, early education facilities, and convenience retail spaces, among others.
