CUBE Developments and McNab have commenced construction on their $30 million Lumeah Peregian residential community.
Lumeah Peregian is the last land release in Peregian Springs and will comprise 31 boutique land lots ranging from 367sqm to 734sqm across the 2.79-hectare site, with blocks starting at $750,000 and House and Land options starting at $1,855,000.
McNab and Cube Developments were given the green light for the project in July and have partnered with leading local builders, including Immackulate Designer Homes.
“We’re excited to be providing future residents with the best of both worlds – living in tranquil surroundings, yet close to Queensland’s pristine beaches, and a range of amenities including St Andrews Anglican College,” said Michael McNab, managing director and founder at McNab.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the response from Sunshine Coast’s best builders, who are partnering with us to make it easy and hassle-free for families to design and build their dream home.”
The project is anticipated to see record sales for the area, with Queensland’s population surging as an estimated 20,000 annual interstate migrants are set to bring the total population to 5.5 million by mid-2024.
With Cube receiving almost 200 registered and interested buyers within the first seven days of the project announcement, the majority of which were from the Peregian Springs region.
“We have seen a high engagement in our House and Land package designs from the Sunshine Coast’s most trusted builders, including Immackulate Designer Homes, Gold Property Partners, Ryza Developments and GJ Gardner Homes,” said Scott Juniper, director at Cube Developments.
“It is one of the most elevated points in the area with breathtaking views. There’s a serene and tranquil ambiance to the development with a bushland reserve and significant landscaping to each block and streetscape.”
Lumeah sits within walking distance of the Peregian Springs Shopping Centre, Surf Lifesaving Club and Peregian Beach Village. While also sitting within close proximity of both private and state schools.
Earlier in the year construction was underway at Cube Developments’ Nature, a luxury residential project in Maroochydore’s Cotton Tree, which followed the success of Seasons by Cube project, which achieved $40 million in sales over six months to sell out its first mid-rise tower.
Home construction at Lumeah Peregian are currently scheduled to commence in early 2024.
