GPT has appointed deputy chief financial officer Dean McGuire as its interim CFO, following the resignation of Anastasia Clark who is taking up the same role at ASX-listed rival Charter Hall.
Within the space of a remarkable few days, Clarke’s resignation came shortly after GPT had poached Charter Hall CFO Russell Prout as its new CEO, to replace outgoing chief executive Bob Johnston.
McGuire has been employed with GPT since 2011. He has held the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the past five years.
Proutt is expected to start with GPT no later than 25 March, 2024.
