ZOE Ferrari has been appointed by CBRE to a newly created role of head of government for its global workplace solutions business.
She brings more than 18 years’ experience including leading the Canberra office for five years before moving to a client-side role at ISPT.
Michael Barlow, CBRE sector director, infrastructure, defence & public enterprise, said Ferrari will help drive CBRE’s government growth initiatives.
“We see this appointment unlocking significant opportunities across both our GWS and advisory services businesses.”
Ferrari start her new role on October 16.
“I’m excited to be part of CBRE’s growth and expansion in the government space, recognising the value that the CBRE business, in its entirety, can bring to the Whole of Australian Government,” Ms Ferrari said. “I’m looking forward to returning to CBRE to help deepen our relationships as we continue to grow our exposure to government-related property services.”
