ANDREW Dean is joining industry superannuation fund-backed property investor ISPT’s executive leadership team after being appointed as the business’ new chief legal, risk and safety officer.
Dean has over 15 years of experience across property in the Asia Pacific region, leading legal, risk and safety teams.
Dean is set to lead the management of ISPT’s legal matters, risk mitigation strategies, governance, compliance and safety initiatives.
“Andrew’s deep expertise dealing with diverse legal matters and leading teams across multiple regions, will be an asset to ISPT as we unify our legal, governance, risk and safety functions, building on our strong culture of safety and governance across the business,” said Chris Chapple, CEO at ISPT.
Dean’s appointment is part of the group’s transformation agenda, he will be joining Matthew Brown, William Walker, Amanda Steele, Madeleine Tomczyk, Hazel Thurlow, Grainne Kearns, Simon Milne and Steven Peters on the executive leadership team.
ISPT is currently undertaking a strategy to simplify the organisation’s structure to unlock efficiencies.
Back in June, after period of restructuring, ISPT announced it had reshaped its executive leadership team including three new appointments including Brown Steele and Walker.
