SAVILLS has appointed a new managing director of its Western Australian business in Chris Paul.
Paul will extend his long-term role as Savills’ national director of retail valuation and advisory with his new managing director position.
In the new role he will head up the group’s growing WA business and team in providing property solutions to its client partners.
“Chris has been an outstanding leader and operative within the Sydney and Perth businesses for more than a decade and it is with great pleasure I welcome him as he takes on the role of Managing Director of our Western Australia business,” said Paul Craig, CEO at Savills Australia and New Zealand.
Paul has worked at Savills Australia and New Zealand for the last 15 years, delivering valuation and consultancy advice to the agency’s retail giant clients such as Vicinity, Scentre Group, Dexus, Stockland, Lend Lease, GPT and Charter Hall.
Paul also has extensive shopping centre advisory experience that adds to the group’s national platform, as recently seen in Savills acquisition of Queensland retail property agency, Site 8.
