URBAN Real Estate has opened its 13th office in Sydney’s north-west suburb of Box Hill, as the group continues its expansion across many of New South Wales growth corridors.
This will be Urban Real Estate’s seventh retail shop in the north-west, building on the head office in Bella Vista and additional locations such as Schofields, Marsden Park, Bligh Park and Colebee.
“Urban Real Estate has worked in the north-west for over 20 years and already has established relationships with property developers selling masterplanned communities in the area. Great sales results have been achieved for vendors, property developers and builders in Box Hill. It made smart business sense to open another shopfront to further expand our presence here,” said Trent Brewer, sales director at Urban Real Estate, who was appointed to the position last November.
“Box Hill is the last growth area in The Hills Shire and already has excellent infrastructure in place with additional future planned infrastructure including more primary and high schools, shopping centres and business park and commercial precinct expansion along Annangrove Road.”
“The multicultural area appeals to a wide mix of purchasers including first home buyers looking for large or new properties, young families seeking school accessibility and local downsizers who are keen to continue living within The Hills District. The new Carmel Village Shopping Centre in Box Hill is attracting a melting pot of nationalities and has a rich community vibe.”
Urban Land Housing, which is celebrating 20 years in business this year, launched the new brand of Urban Real Estate Australia back in June.
The new brand marked the company’s expansion into selling and managing new and established homes to service the diverse needs of its customer base.
Over the past three years, Urban Land Housing has seen a boom in its sales success, having sold around 2,000 properties (land, home and land packages and established homes) per year, with 1,200 properties currently under management.
“Urban Real Estate continues to explore more opportunities in the north-west. The opening of Box Hill expands our vision of providing a ‘paddock to property management’ property solution,” added Brewer.
“Clients are offered a service that covers their entire real estate journey from land acquisition and reselling to property management and finance solutions.”
The business currently has 130 team members and has future plans to open offices in Leppington, the Hunter and Illawarra regions.
