AECOM has appointed a new area manager for the ACT in Arabella Rhode, who was the first female president-elect of the ACT Division Property Council of Australia.
Bringing over 25 years of experience across the infrastructure and property sectors, Rhode has held senior positions across the industry, including at Lendlease, ISPT and the University of Canberra.
In these positions, Rhode oversaw around $400 million in projects and headed up the delivery of large mixed-use developments.
Rhode has experience across innovation, design development, commercial management, stakeholder leadership, and project delivery.
“I am thrilled to join AECOM, a leading ACT business with a strong legacy in Canberra,” said Rhode.
“With an impressive pipeline of projects and a talented team, I’m excited to work together with our industry to help shape our clients’ projects and address pressing environmental challenges and rapid technological change.”
