EXPERIENCED human resources specialist and people strategist Jane Wildmun has joined Frasers Property Australia as General Manager People & Culture.
Wildmun has human resources experience across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Asia-Pacific region, and most recently held the role of group executive – head of people and development at 151 Property.
Stints with leading organisations including Urbis and Chapman Tripp preceded this.
Wildmun currently serves on the Property Council of Australia’s diversity, equity and inclusion committee.
“It’s a privilege to join a team and organisation that acknowledges and invests so heavily in its culture. By doing so, Frasers Property recognises the very real and tangible benefits a strong and inclusive culture can generate for its people, projects and business, as well as for its customers and communities,” Wildmun said.
“My focus will be continuing the great work already underway on various initiatives across the business, including an ongoing focus on company culture, initiatives that support health and well-being and resilience, maintaining the organisation’s profile as an Employer of Choice, and the ongoing evolution of the workplace of the future.”
Anthony Boyd, CEO, Frasers Property Australia says Jane’s proven ability to integrate strategic people agendas with business growth objectives make her the ideal fit for this important role.
“Jane’s deep experience, including in the property space, combined with her commercial acumen enables her to combine strong culture and people outcomes with ongoing operational performance and customer focus,” Mr Boyd says.
Frasers Property’s Australian platform, including Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial, recently retained its Workplace Gender Equality Agency Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation for another year.
Wildmun takes over from Ranna Alkadamani, who moves full-time into the role of general manager, people and culture at Frasers Property Industrial.
