THE team from LJ Hooker Commercial’s Perth franchise are relaunching as Sterling Property, an independent commercial property advisory business.
Focusing on growth across key markets including commercial and retail property, land subdivisions, social infrastructure and industrial property, the team of 26 will be based in Subiaco and led by Vincent Siciliano as managing partner and Brian Neo as principal partner.
“Our team strive to consistently add value to transactions across commercial, retail and industrial property sectors. Our combined efforts have built multigenerational relationships with investors and property partners,” said Neo.
“We believe Sterling Property will be in a class of its own throughout the WA property market. A specialist property advisory business focussing on Perth’s CBD suburbs, we listened to our property partners, their requirements and values and our past predetermines what we can deliver.”
The team has been a franchisee for LJ Hooker Commercial since 2013, with Siciliano launching the new business to capitalise on opportunities across all areas of WA.
“The WA commercial property sector runs a very different race to that on the eastern seaboard, and the focus and needs of our clients are specific to this market,” said Siciliano.
“Over the past decade, we have built enduring relationships with leading buyers, developers including DevelopmentWA and investors, we have developed a team that is absolutely committed to delivering stand-out service. We decided it was time for us to tell that story on our own terms and build a brand that can better represent our approach and culture.”
