CUSHMAN & Wakefield has confirmed major appointments for its WA industrial and logistics team, as the sector continues to display unprecedented levels of demand.
Andrew Fife and Ross Palframan have both been appointed as directors of brokerage industrial and logistics WA at the conclusion of the largest agency team transition in the WA market.
“Both Andrew and Ross will significantly bolster both the WA industrial team and state business, whilst reuniting the market’s number one industrial brokerage team,” said Mark Clapham and Digby Sutherland, joint managing directors at Cushman & Wakefield, WA.
Fife boasts 15 years of experience across the WA market. Having worked across core industrial precincts, Fife will continue to consolidate the team’s position within the Perth eastern industrial corridor.
“My experience tells me that now is the time for our clients to be aware and observant as to what volatilities and risks may lie ahead, in order to identify ‘real’ opportunities that exist in the market,” said Fife.
Palframan, who was awarded Centuria’s Industrial Agent of the Year 2022, is known for completing technical capital market sales, with a focus on Perth’s southern and northern corridors.
“We maintain a high conviction view that there is significant opportunity in the WA market for our local, national and off-shore clients to capitalise on the healthy levels of demand and strong economic fundamentals,” said Palframan.
The pair will be joining Nick Goodridge, who leads the WA Industrial & Logistics division, who joined Cushman & Wakefield last month, alongside Alex DiLollo, Emma Quiill and Melissa Haines.
“Andrew and Ross bring with them undisputed track records within their respective markets, having consistently provided their deep clint bases with cohesive, intuitive and transparent brokerage services across multiple market cycles,” said Goodridge.
