ZAAHEN Kahn has been promoted to senior research analyst within Cushman & Wakefield’s newly established capital markets team in Western Australia.
It follows Nick Charlton’s recent appointment as joint head of capital markets WA, alongside Ben Younger.
“Zaahen’s ability and knowledge, having researched the WA market for the past three years will provide invaluable insights for our clients who require consistent real-time data on the dynamic Perth market,” Younger said.
Charlton said, “After coming into the business recently, we have identified the need to continue to meet our clients’ demands for sophisticated analysis and real-time insights into the commercial market. Zaahen has been instrumental in the collation of research and analytics, overseeing our market-leading database, and his promotion is in recognition of his hard work and dedication”.
