NATIONAL property firm M3 has promoted Brian Goh to director, after eight years with the group.
Goh will bring extensive experience in providing valuations for master planned communities to his new role, where he will focus on masterplan communities and the build-to-rent sector across Australia.
“Brian has proven himself to be an outstanding asset to M3 Property and we congratulate him on the promotion to director. Brian has a knack for fostering exceptional relationships, and has built trust with, and earned respect from, his clients as well as the broader industry,” said Luana Kenny, managing director at M3 Property, Victoria.
Goh began his employment with M3 Property in Adelaide as a research assistant in 2015, before joining its Melbourne team in 2017.
Over the last 12 months, Goh has served as an associate director of the Melbourne residential development team.
“We’re always pleased to watch our people grow within the business. Brian joined the company in 2015 and since then, has continued to excel in every role, growing professionally and solidifying his position as an expert in the residential development space, particularly servicing our land subdivision, apartment and townhouse clients,” added Kenny.
“We look forward to Brian’s continued success within the business as he continues to assist in the growth of the residential development team and broader Victorian business, building his expertise in the rapidly emerging build-to-rent sector.”
In his role, Goh provides valuation, feasibility studies and consultancy advice for residential projects including land subdivisions, mixed-use developments and apartment and townhouse projects.
Goh was part of numerous valuations including construction funding, statutory assessments, litigation matters and advisory work for acquisitions and divestments.
“I am thrilled to have been appointed Director at M3 Property, and I look forward to continuing to work with my clients in residential development,” said Goh.
“In line with changing market conditions, the build-to-rent sector is really starting to emerge as an exciting new sector in the industry, and I look forward to exploring how we can further help our clients expand into this space.”
