PAIGE Walker has been appointed as the inaugural CEO of the property development branch of Tattarang, Fiveight, as the company moves forwards on landmark projects across the country.
Walker will lead the Andrew and Nicola Forrest owned company, bringing her experience from over 16 years at Mirvac, where she most recently worked as general manager of residential development, WA.
Walker also recently completed a two-year term as the WA president of the Property Council, having also acted as WA vice-president for four years.
With a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and a Masters of Property from RMIT University, Walker is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
“Paige joins our Fiveight team at an exciting time to lead a multi-disciplinary team towards the development and delivery of our landmark projects across some of Australia’s most iconic places and spaces,” said Nicola Forrest, director at Tattarang.
“This includes the redevelopment of Carillon City in Western Australia and the delivery of Australia’s first Waldorf Astoria hotel at One Circular Quay – transformational projects in two major Australian capital cities.”
Additionally, John Meredith, who has worked as the head of Fiveight since the business’s 2020 launch, has accepted the newly created role of head of investment.
“John has played a leading role in much of Fiveight’s growth and will continue to focus on group strategy, future acquisitions, optimising the existing portfolio and managing third party relationships,” said John Hartman, CEO at Tattarang.
Walker is set to commence the role of CEO of Fiveight in July this year.
