AS specialist valuation and transaction firm LAWD sees rapid growth, the group has appointed development sales specialist, Lukas Byrns, as director of development transactions and advisory.
Byrns will bring more than 23 years of experience across the property sector, including work in senior acquisition and development roles at leading group’s such as Mirvac and Stockland, as well as most recently as head of metropolitan markets at Cushman & Wakefield.
Byrns will work with LAWD’s senior leadership group to enhance the firm’s capacity in the development sector.

Byrns has worked across planning, development, delivery and disposal across many major Victorian projects.
As well as having experience in acquisitions and the divestments, utilising skills in negotiations and structuring partnership arrangements.
