BEN Hegerty is returning to JLL, appointed as head of logistics and industrial, capital markets – Australia.
He will focus on industrial investments while working closely with JLL’s markets business.
Hegerty has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in investment transactions, sale and leasebacks, development and forward-funded structures. After leaving JLL in 2010, he went on to senior roles at CBRE and most recently Dawkins Occhiuto.
“During his impressive career, Ben has represented a wide range of investors including major institutional clients, private equity and specialist property fund managers. He brings a great wealth of experience to further strengthen our Capital Markets national team,” said JLL’s head of capital markets – Australia, Fergal G Harris said.
