AGENTS Fitzroys is strengthening its team with the appointment of Ben Liu as senior manager, as demand and capital into the city’s commercial property market.
As senior manager – agency, Liu will institute his broad experience across both development and agency markets, fortifying the team which works across Melbourne’s retail, industrial, office and development markets.
“Ben is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese and has built up a number of strong relationships with high-net-worth industry participants, developers and investors,” said Chris Kombi, director at Fitzroys.
“Capital inflows locally and from overseas remain at strong levels given Melbourne and Australia’s safe haven status, which if anything has been strengthened over the past few years.”
Kombi noted that prior to this bolstering of the agency division, Fitzroys has recently established a new dedicated industrial team and expanded its office capabilities.
