REAL estate agent, qualified valuer and land economist Mark Devine has sold his Tasmanian real estate business to a group that also owns a Ray White business plus mortgage brokerage and business sales group Link.
Mark is the son of former Geelong footballer and coach, John Devine, who is also a member of the Tasmanian Football Hall of Fame and was a Labor Party member of the state’s House of Assembly, while his brother Todd is involved in real estate with Costa Asset Management.
Expressions of interest closed through Devine last Friday for a landmark Eastern Shore property in the Bellerive Village shopping precinct. The 31 and 31A Cambridge Road property in Hobart is leased to blend of retail and professional services tenants and returns yearly gross income of $920,568.
