COLLIERS has appointed a new managing director of global capital markets, Asia Pacific in Chris Pilgrim.
Pilgrim, who joined Colliers in June 2021 as director of global capital markets, will be responsible for building scale across the region, effective 1 January 2023.
Pilgrim will work with both Colliers’ capital markets team and regional country leaders, expanding the companies capabilities in in maximizing cross-border potential for clients.
More specifically, Pilgrim will work to drive results for large institutional investors in deploying capital into a range of direct and indirect real estate strategies.

“I am confident that with his deep industry knowledge and strong relationships in capital across the region, Chris will be instrumental in accelerating our success in Asia.”
In his time at Colliers, Pilgrim has supported US$230 billion in transactions across many geographies and all asset classes.

Pilgrim is currently located in London but will relocate to Singapore in early 2023.
