JLL has appointed a new managing director of its Australasian work dynamics business segment in Nathan Taylor.
Taylor is returning to Sydney from JLL’s Singapore office to lead the Australia and New Zealand teams that deliver corporate real estate services including workplace management, project management and portfolio services to local, regional and global clients.
“We’re delighted Nathan is returning to the Australasian business to take up one of our critical business segment roles, delivering property solutions for our corporate clients,” said Marina Krishnan, division president of APAC work dynamics at JLL.
Taylor has worked at JLL for nearly 25 years across global, regional and Australasian roles.
“Nathan started his impressive career with JLL in our London office in 1996, relocating to Australia and then to Singapore where he most recently led regional teams to provide real estate expertise to top multinational clients in the tech and finance industries,” said Jordi Martin, CEO of APAC work dynamics at JLL.
“I’m confident he will lead our Australasia business to attain greater client satisfaction and business growth.”
Taylor will be stepping into the role after Ben Tindale, who is leaving JLL after 17 years with the firm.
This latest change at JLL follows a series of recent appointments including a new head of supply chain for Australia and New Zealand in Richard Phillips, Stuart Fox as senior director of the Melbourne valuation advisory team and Harrison Truelove as an associate at the Melbourne office leasing team.
“It is a privilege to return to Australia and lead a team of dedicated professionals who deliver excellence to our corporate clients. My focus will be very much on our clients and the people who deliver for our clients every day,” said Taylor.
