SAVILLS Australia and New Zealand is strengthening its project management leadership team with the appointment of Paul Hunter as state director – NSW.
Hunter brings over three decades’ experience managing multi-disciplinary property and civil infrastructure projects to the role – including concept and detailed design, town planning approvals, transaction management and construction implementation – having held senior appointments with CBRE project management and Root Partnerships (NSW).
Within his remits have been managing projects such as the Griffith Base Hospital, stage two of the Nepean Hospital and phase two of the Campbelltown Hospital redevelopments which included client representative for Health Infrastructure NSW, Western Sydney Airport, Barangaroo Development, Stockland and the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct.
“Paul’s expertise working with Australian and multi-national organisations – on both the client and consultancy sides – as well as spearheading high-performing teams offers him a unique perspective set to benefit our clients in the commercial, mixed-use and major project sectors and builds upon our already strong offering in the health industry,” Ken Ng, national head, project management at Savills Australia and New Zealand said.
Hunter joins the Savills Australia and New Zealand Sydney office this week.
