NATIONAL legal practice Colin Biggers & Paisley have appointed Stephen Webb as senior associate of its property and development team in Brisbane.
Webb will bring his experience in advisory and transactional work, as well with advising clients on mixed use, residential and commercial property developments, having worked with clients including property developers, private clients, owners corporations and bodies corporate.
“I am delighted to be joining a team that has such a strong reputation for its property development expertise in the market,” said Webb.
Webb works across property acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating contracts, property due diligence, structured titling advice, off-the-plan sales and large-scale project conveyancing, and property development in all asset classes.
In his new role Webb will report to the national head of property and development, Rhett Oliver.
