CFO and executive director of SCA Property Group (SCP), Mark Fleming has been appointed as the retail landlord’s chief operating officer, and head of funds management and strategy.
Fleming will remain an executive director but step down as CFO and into the new role at the beginning of September.
Greg Inkson will be appointed as interim CFO. Inkson is currently the head of corporate finance at SCP, and has been with SCP since 2013. He has previously held a number of senior financial and executive positions with ING Real Estate Investment Management Australia, and with the unlisted funds management division of Investa Property Group.
“His broad experience makes him well credentialed for the interim CFO role whilst SCP completes an executive search for a new CFO,” SCP’s CEO Anthony Mellowes said.
