EXPERIENCED commercial real estate professional Peter Roberts has joined Sentinel Property Group as senior transaction manager.
Roberts has more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector and was previously director asset management with King & Co.
At Sentinel he will work alongside director of property Tim Kent.
Sentinel CEO Warren Ebert and his acquisitions team have completed circa $550 million of deals since January, including its largest asset, the Casuarina Square shopping centre in Darwin from GPT Group for $418 million. Sentinel is also capital raising for the purchase of the Caneland Central regional shopping centre in Mackay, which has been speculated to total more than $300 million.
Sentinel has also boosted staff numbers over the past six months. It had 21 staff when the team moved into a new office in the Brisbane CBD just before Christmas and has since grown to 55. Sentinel has secured a second floor at 260 Queen St to accommodate the growth in its workforce.
