VICTORIAN real estate network Buxton is set to launch its newest residential office in tandem with the appointment of Bruce Liu, who will co-lead the new team at Wheelers Hill.
The Wheelers Hill office is set to become Buxton’s 25th residential office and will act as an extension to the network’s Box Hill location, which is headed up by Jim Chen.
“Partnering with Bruce was a key driver for the physical expansion to Wheelers Hill, given that he is well-known for being the area’s number one agent by all measures. Joining forces made strategic sense and sets a foundation to further expand our influence over this immediate market place and surrounding areas,” said Nathan Jones, CEO at Buxton.
Liu is a market leading real estate agent, with a loyal client list and a strong track record of selling the Wheelers Hill’s top homes.
“Real estate is a highly customised and personal service that is based on trust and integrity. I am excited to join Buxton in this next chapter of expansion, as the team’s hands-on, client-first approach is synonymous with the work I’ve been involved in to date,” said Liu.
Opening this latest office is part of Buxton’s plan for growth across the next 12 months, expanding and cementing its Victorian footprint and providing opportunities for collaboration across the network.
“Wheelers Hill nicely complements Buxton’s existing markets in Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley, Burwood, Burwood East and Box Hill, particularly given the significant amount of cross-pollination that we experience in these suburbs,” concluded Jones.
