JLL is beefing up its Melbourne office leasing team, with the appointment of Harrison Truelove, as the market demonstrates its lasting resilience.
Truelove is returning to JLL as an associate after two and a half years as a senior negotiator in a CBD office leasing team at an alternative Melbourne.
Back at JLL, Truelove will report to Victorian joint heads of office leasing, James Palmer and Nick Drake, with a primary focus on the Melbourne CBD market.
“The appointment of Harrison to our CBD Office Leasing team is a direct result of increased demand and success we are achieving. Harrison will assist our team in enhancing our growing list of clients in the Melbourne CBD sector,” said Palmer.
Palmer added that this latest appointment reflects the sectors strength and will consolidate and complement the existing leasing business.
“The Melbourne leasing market is showing confidence as workers return to the CBD and occupancy levels rise. We expect to see healthy level of leasing inquiry and take up as we enter the second half of 2022,” concluded Palmer.
