SAVILLS has appointed of seasoned property researcher Katy Dean as national head of research.
Dean has over 15 years’ of experience in delivering research and has worked in a range of global real estate organisations in Australia and around the world, including a role with Colliers in Europe, managing research analytics and outputs for over 12 countries.
Dean has worked for Savills in Western Australia and New South Wales for four years, and has also worked within Knight Frank’s national research team.
“We are delighted to welcome Katy back to Savills and very excited at what she brings to the team as one of the industry’s leading researchers,” said Savills CEO Paul Craig.
Dean will specialise in industrial property and logistics and be based in Savills’ Sydney office.
