JLL has appointed of industry veteran Karen Draper as the new head of retail, property and asset management for Western Australia.
Draper has over 22 years’ experience in the state’s retail industry and joins JLL from AMP, where she has been divisional property manager – WA/NSW since 2018. Prior to that, she has experience over a decade working in centre manager, development manager and general manager roles. She spent seven years with JLL previously, working within the Karrinyup Shopping Centre management team.
Draper will lead JLL’s property and asset management retail division, which manages over 430,000 sqm of gross lettable area in retail centres on behalf of clients in WA.
